Products are chosen and added to cart. The order is sent by paying the contents of the shopping cart in the checkout phase. With confirmation of payment you accept these terms and conditions, product prices and shipping costs. Order confirmation will be sent by email if you provided a valid email address. Order confirmation will include ordered products and prices.
Valid payment methods include bank transfer, Paypal and Stripe. You can find more information about the payment provider on their website.
Parcels will be sent during weekdays. If the item is in stock the delivery time is usually between 3 to 5 days. If the product is made to order the delivery time is usually between 1 to 3 weeks. Shipping cost is calculated according to chosen shipping method, possible extra services, parcel weight and size. You will see the shipping cost in the checkout phase before payment confirmation.
If the product is missing or damaged during shipping you should notify us as soon as possible but no later than 14 days from receiving the item.
Webshop customer has the right to return or exchange the product within 14 days. The customer has a right to return or exchange all or a part of the total order. Returned or exchanged products need to be in original packaging and in a condition to be sold again. If you want to return or exchange product, please contact our customer service first and ask for instructions. The customer will pay for the return shipping cost. Please attach your name, contact information and bank account details for possible reimbursement.
The policy for returning items does not cover products with custom engraving!
Canceling of order, defect liability and consumer complaints
The order can be canceled by email before we send the items.
The webshop is liable for any defects in the sold products. In all consumer complaints issues we ask that you contact our customer service. The consumer has the right to contact Consumer Disputes Board in case of unresolved issues.
